EKAD GROUP LIMITED specializes in premium wood flooring installation services, including but not limited to:

  • Solid hardwood flooring installation
  • Engineered wood flooring installation
  • Laminate flooring installation
  • Herringbone and chevron pattern installation
  • Bespoke flooring designs
  • Floor preparation and subfloor work
  • Skirting board installation

2. Quotations and Estimates

2.1. All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of assessment. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised pricing.

2.3. Free on-site consultations and quotations are available within our service areas across London.

2.4. Final prices may be subject to adjustment if unforeseen complications arise during the project.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

3.2. Late payments may incur additional charges as per our agreed terms.

4. Project Timeline and Scheduling

4.1. We will provide an estimated timeline for completion at the quotation stage.

4.2. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen structural issues.

4.3. Clients must ensure access to the property during scheduled work hours.

4.4. Any delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to all work areas
  • Remove or protect furniture and belongings as required
  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available during installation
  • Inform us of any relevant property conditions or restrictions
  • Arrange for pets to be secured during work hours
  • Notify us of any concerns or issues promptly

6. Materials and Products

6.1. Unless otherwise agreed, we will supply all materials as specified in the quotation.

6.2. If the client chooses to supply materials, we cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of those materials.

6.3. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

6.4. We source materials from reputable UK suppliers and manufacturers.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

7.1. We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion.

7.2. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed on to the client as applicable.

7.3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

7.4. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Cancellations and Changes

8.1. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

8.2. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.

8.3. Changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may affect pricing and timelines.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1. EKAD GROUP LIMITED carries public liability insurance for all projects.

9.2. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage to areas outside the agreed scope of work.

9.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their property.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of EKAD GROUP LIMITED.

10.2. We may use photographs of completed projects for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably.

11.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
